Procedures of Production
A- Pre-Harvest :
This stage includes the process of growing itself that is being done with no chemicals, irradiation and ozone treatment. Grown, harvested and processed without the use of pesticides, chemical fertilizers, herbicides.
Instead natural entries are used to provide the pants with their natural elements.
This stage also includes the daily follow up of the pants.
B- Post-Harvest :
This stage includes drying process and Packing and Enveloping.
Drying Process :
It’s done at a roofed place under the indirect sunlight. Each product has its own code with the code o the farm. Then, a sample is sent to the central lab to be microbiologically tested.
Yet, another sample is sent to the Agricultural Research Center to analyze the product for the percentage of the essential oils within.
Packaging and Enveloping :
Consists of:
A-Crushed herbs, seeds, and the tea packed products: these types are packed into papers bags.
B-Herbs and roses consisting of leaves: these types are packed into cartons.
